Position Summary:

The Home Health Manager must be able to function in a self-sufficient and independent manner. Must have an extensive knowledge of all rules and regulations pertaining to Home Health (including Medicare/Medicaid, licensure, and JCAHO) and maintains all policies and procedures, standard operating procedures and clinical documentation forms to be in compliance with regulations. Has financial knowledge and responsibility for assisting in the development and adherence of the budget for Home Health. Reviews data and uses it to improve the quality of the Home Care agency
