Position Summary:

Candidate will be a key participant with the Home Care Management Team.  Must have an extensive knowledge of all rules and regulations pertaining to Hospice (including Medicare/Medicaid, licensure, and JCAHO) and maintains all policies and procedures, standard operating procedures and clinical documentation forms to be in compliance with regulations, as well as developing budget for Hospice.  Will develop new programs, tools, etc to improve services.
