Position Summary:

We’ve been asked to assist in a search for a Surgical Services Manager for our client in central FL. 

The Nurse Manager is a registered professional nurse with global responsibility for the quality and continuity of patient care for specific age groups identified by the standards of care. Nurse Manager provides leadership in the delivery of care and nursing practice within the clinical unit. Nurse Manager participates in unit employee selection through interviewing and the hiring process. Directs and evaluates all personnel according to hospital, nursing and unit philosophy and objectives. A BSN is required, along with 3-5 years of Operating Room experience.  Management experience is preferred.
