Position Summary:

The Mid-level Practitioner in Urology is accountable for delivering comprehensive quality patient care, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions according to standards of practice to children from birth through adolescence.

Qualifications:  Must be a registered and Certified Physician Assistant or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 2 years experience in

pediatrics required.  Current State of Connecticut Physician Assistant licensure -or- (Pediatric) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure required.  Must have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR in adult, child & infant.  Specialty licensure/certification may be required, as specified by department.
