Job Description:
Position Summary:
Our client, an acute care facility, is located
between Philadelphia and New York, is now at the
forefront of Cardiac care.
Their recent expansion and continued growth have
created a wealth of opportunities in a variety of
areas. They are currently seeking a Director of
Critical Care.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in health related field
required. Master’s degree in health related field or
business field preferred. Related, applicable field
of advanced study considered.
Minimum of three (3) years Critical Care experience
required. Minimum of two (2) years previous
experience within a management role and demonstrated
leadership abilities required. Strong interpersonal
skills. Demonstrated ability in personnel and
resource management.
Must be licensed to practice professional Nursing
(RN) in Pennsylvania.
ACLS certification or completion of same within
three (3) months of employment required.
CCRN required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
required for contact with employees, patients,
families, community and medical staff.
Must possess ability to successfully interact with
stakeholders (patients, providers, payors and
community) and other customers, families, staff,
management, physicians and general public.
