Position Summary:

Our client, a progressive healthcare system, located between Philadelphia and New York, is looking for a talented Chief Nursing Officer to welcome to their team.  This opportunity is available due to the recent promotion of the former VP of Nursing/CNO to CEO.

Strong leadership skills are essential, as well as exceptional communication skills, and experience working in a 200+ bed facility. Union experience is helpful, but not necessary.
