Position Summary:
Our client is an acute care community hospital
dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of
residents in the tri-state area (CT, MA & NY.) The

revenues. The incumbent will be responsible for
nursing, quality, operations improvement, physician
collaboration, professional nursing practice
development, infection control and some ancillary
clinical departments.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates for this position will possess
five or more years in nursing management, preferably
hold a masters in nursing or another healthcare
related field, be financially savvy, and be prepared
to develop a magnet program for clinical practices.
This individual must also demonstrate a progressive
leadership and management track in an acute care
environment and have an active Connecticut nursing
license. This position requires strong interpersonal
skills with daily use of clinical systems and other
data management tools used in the hospital industry.
