Position Summary:

Our client, a large “not-for-profit” healthcare system is looking for an exceptional and highly skilled Administrative Director of Surgical Services for one of their facilities in Virginia.  The hospital is a 225-bed facility, and is Magnet designated.  RN candidates with demonstrated progressive managerial and leadership experience over the course of five to seven years, with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent will be considered.  Candidates must have experience working in a facility with 10 OR’s, and performing a large volume of surgeries per year. This position has a very competitive salary and generous relocation package.
