We begin the process by
evaluating you as a candidate, carefully assessing your experience, and
your lifestyle and career goals. Not everyone meets our high standards,
or the high standards of the facilities we partner with. But if you do,
we’ll access our network and develop a “short list” of opportunities
that might be of interest to you. If you agree, we’ll make an
introduction. Then, we review your background and obtain, check, and
validate your references. Next, we fully prepare you for your interview.
We know how important it is to you that this process moves forward
carefully, but quickly, so we ask our clients to provide us with
feedback within two days after your interview. Shortly after this
exchange, our client decides whether or not to make an offer. We’re
pleased to say that, because our matching methodologies are so accurate,
our success rate for positions offered is very high.
