We recruit for acute care facilities and healthcare systems
throughout the US. We are currently conducting searches for
the following:
Chief Executive Officers (New England, Southeast, Mid
Atlantic, Southwest, and Pacific Coast), Chief Operating
Officers (Southwest, Pacific Coast) Chief Financial Officers
(Midwest), and Chief Nursing Officers (New England,
Southeast, Southwest, Mid Atlantic) as well as VP’s,
Administrative Directors, and Department Directors in the
following areas:
ER, Trauma, Critical Care, Cardiovascular, Ambulatory Care,
Surgical Services, Medical Surgical, Telemetry, Intensive
Care, NICU, Labor & Delivery, Women & Children, Quality,
Case Management, Infection Control, Patient Care Management,
Patient Safety, Acute Care Services, Clinical Education,
Risk Management, Corporate Compliance, Information
Technology, Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, and
Rehabilitation Services,
The Process
Edwards & Greer Healthcare Partners specialize in the
placement of healthcare professionals from the director
level to C-Suite executives. We are truly interested in
making only the best, long-term matches, which combine the
lifestyles and professional goals of our candidates, and our
client’s needs.
We begin the process by evaluating you as a candidate,
carefully assessing your experience, and your lifestyle and
career goals. Once we have a good idea of the type of
facility you’d like to work in, the geographical location
you are looking for, and what your future goals are, we will
access our network to develop a “short list” of
opportunities that we believe you would be truly interested
in learning more about. We will go over each position in
detail, and will present your resume, along with your
completed reference summary to our client for further
consideration.
Next, we fully prepare you for your interview(s), which
usually consist of at least one telephone interview, and a
site visit to the facility. We know how important it is to
you that this process moves forward carefully, but quickly,
so we ask our clients to provide us with feedback within two
days after your telephone interview, and then another two
days after your site visit.
We will notify you immediately upon learning our client
would like to extend an offer of employment to you.
Additionally, we will represent you in the salary
negotiation process, and will work with you to clarify
benefit packages, vacation time, sign-on bonus (if
applicable), and profit sharing (if applicable).
